Pay Rate: $18.26 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a front desk in a commercial real estate location.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and/or access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, entry activity, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide directions and site information, and communicate professionally with building management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
