• Comprehensive Patient Care: Lead the delivery of high-quality care across a variety of general dentistry services, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments.
• Patient Relationships: Develop long-lasting relationships with patients, ensuring a positive, comfortable experience while providing thorough education on treatment options.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience is required to be considered
• Comfort with working in a well-established FFS practice in Midland, TX
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a dental team effectively
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
