Overview
Assembly Global is hiring a Senior CRM Specialist to support CRM delivery across client projects in the retail and ecommerce sector.
The role will focus on day-to-day CRM campaign operations, marketing automation maintenance, audience segmentation, QA, reporting support, and platform execution. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced CRM environment across multiple channels, markets, and languages.
This is an execution-focused role suited for someone with strong CRM platform experience and the ability to manage high-volume campaign delivery with accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day CRM campaign setup and deployment across client projects
- Execute campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging
- Build and prepare audiences based on approved campaign briefs and segmentation rules
- Conduct campaign QA, including links, audience logic, suppression rules, language versions, scheduling, and tracking parameters
- Maintain campaign trackers and ensure delivery timelines are met
- Support new and existing marketing automation journeys by updating content, assets, and campaign logic based on approved inputs
- Monitor live automations and flag delivery issues, performance drops, or required updates
- Prepare basic post-campaign performance reports and summaries
- Coordinate with internal strategy, client servicing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Follow CRM best practices around frequency capping, suppression, consent, personalization, and customer experience
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign operations, or marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Bloomreach, Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Emarsys, or similar
- Experience executing multi-channel CRM campaigns
- Strong understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, A/B testing, and campaign QA
- Comfortable working with campaign calendars, trackers, briefs, and reporting templates
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, fashion, lifestyle, or marketplace clients is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time
- Good written communication skills in English
- Arabic campaign experience is a plus, but not mandatory
