Description
This is a corporate position. Senior Investment Partners are dedicated to meeting with potential and existing clients to meet customer needs, researching investments and suitability for customers and their goals, evaluating returns of modeled portfolios and adjusting as necessary, assisting with implementation of investment programs, and much more. They are responsible for completing weekly sales reports, monitoring the market daily, rebalancing destination accounts, completing trades for customers, and completing quarterly presentations to the Trust Investment Committee of the Board of Directors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their goals, provide tailored investment guidance, and implement strategies that strengthen relationships and drive long term financial success.
- Research investment options, evaluate modeled portfolio performance, rebalance destination accounts, and execute trades to ensure portfolios remain aligned with client objectives and market conditions.
- Track daily market movements, prepare weekly sales reports, and deliver quarterly presentations to the Trust Investment Committee to support informed decision making and strategic planning.
- Perform precise review and research for all client and transactional activities while adhering to bank policies, procedures, and federal and state regulations to maintain accuracy and protect client interests.
- Represent the organization positively in the community, embrace digital tools to improve efficiency, and actively pursue professional development to expand advisory capabilities and support evolving client needs.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual is required to perform each crucial job requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below: 4-year degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, Wealth Advisement, or a related field required. Prior sales and new business development experience preferred. Proven experience advising clients in the areas of investments, pre-retirement, education funding, and financial planning Successful completion of required background checks is required. - LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex financial documents, investment research, market commentary, and regulatory materials. Demonstrates strong professional communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain investment concepts, portfolio strategies, and market conditions to clients at varying levels of financial literacy. Capable of preparing and delivering presentations to clients, committees, and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: : Proficient in using financial planning and investment management software, portfolio modeling tools, and trading platforms. Ability to navigate market research databases, performance reporting systems, and CRM platforms to support client management and investment decision making. Demonstrates strong digital literacy, including effective use of email, internet, intranet, and virtual meeting tools. Ability to learn and adapt to new financial technologies and systems as industry tools evolve.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to perform advanced financial calculations including rate of return, yield, risk metrics, allocation percentages, and performance attribution. Capable of interpreting charts, graphs, and statistical data to evaluate portfolio trends and market conditions. Demonstrates strong quantitative reasoning to support investment recommendations, portfolio rebalancing, and financial planning analysis.
- REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply sound judgment and analytical thinking to evaluate investment options, interpret market movements, and solve complex client challenges. Capable of assessing multiple variables—such as risk tolerance, time horizon, tax considerations, and market conditions—to develop suitable investment strategies. Demonstrates the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and adapt recommendations as circumstances change.

This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
