How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead project execution from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to create a positive experience.
Oversee financial performance and resource planning for optimal efficiency.
Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and successful.
Prepare clear, actionable reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
Negotiate and manage contracts to maximize value for Hitachi Energy.
Drive continuous improvement and foster a customer-focused culture.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science.
8+ years of project management experience, including large-scale commercial projects.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams across geographies and deliver results.
Strong knowledge of power systems and market management systems.
Project Management Certification (PMI or equivalent) required.
10% travel
Fluent in English and Spanish; experience with mission-critical software solutions is a plus.
