Role title: Neuropsychologist (Research)
Role type: Casual
Role grade: Clinical Psychologist (Level 1-5)
Shift details: Monday - Friday, shifts between 8am - 5:30pm. Likely no more than 2 shifts per week.

About the role
Support Neurology research and clinical trials, specialising in Alzheimer’s disease and Mild Cognitive Impairment through neuropsychological assessment, participant case management, data collection and broader research activities
Conduct protocol-required measures and assessments, ensuring study documentation is accurately completed and maintained across patient medical records, CRFs and electronic data capture systems
Maintain accurate study documentation in accordance with ICH-GCP standards, and participate in clinical research meetings, quality audits and reviews to support the progress and quality of studies
Collaborate with Clinical Trial Coordinators, Medical Practitioners, Principal Investigators, Research Office, Clinical Research and Project Managers, Sponsors and other stakeholders to support the delivery of clinical trials and academic research projects
Support the timely delivery of quality research projects and ongoing professional development, while adhering to the ethical principles of the Australian Psychological Society and Psychology Board of Australia
About you
Bachelor degree with (Hons) in Psychology and working toward or Completed an Australian Psychological Accreditation Council (APAC) approved Masters or Doctorate Degree in Clinical Neuropsychology
Current provisional or general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA)
Experience in standardised psychological and/or neuropsychological test administration and test interpretation
Demonstrated database management skills and experience with/understanding of commonly used statistical packages
Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills and a methodical and meticulous approach to the recording of clinical information
