For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Creative Design Specialist role.
Purpose
Your role plays a key part in producing high-quality, brand-consistent marketing
collateral. Ensuring projects meet the firm’s visual identity standards and stakeholder expectations.
You will be expected to balance creativity with technical precision, managing multiple projects under time pressure, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
• Produce high-quality marketing collateral: create and prepare impactful artwork, presentations, and other materials, working within established templates and following brand guidelines.
• Support bespoke design work: create and source custom design elements when required, under the direction of the Team Leader and according to stakeholder briefs.
• Embrace new technology: use AI tools and automation, following prompts or templates provided, and provide feedback on how tools and workflows can improve.
• Quality assurance: consistently check your work to ensure it meets project requirements, quality expectations, and brand standards.
• Personal accountability: approach tasks with energy, reliability, and attention to detail, taking pride in completing your work to agreed deadlines and standards.
• Team contribution: share your knowledge, ask questions to build your understanding, and work closely with your team to solve challenges and deliver results together.
• Team meetings: actively participate in regular team meetings to monitor workflow, address operational issues, and contribute ideas for ongoing team improvement.
• Cross-office collaboration: work as part of a diverse, global team, building your understanding of local and regional needs.
• Relationship building: help maintain positive working relationships with colleagues in Marketing, the Marketing Centre of Excellence, and other business teams by delivering high-quality, timely work and being responsive to guidance.
• Support stakeholder requests: respond promptly and professionally to design requests or feedback, following clear instructions and escalating more complex enquiries to the Team Leader.
Your experience
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a graphic design or artwork support role, ideally in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage your own workload, keep track of several tasks or projects, and complete high-quality work under time pressure and guidance.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn: you work well within a team structure, welcome feedback from others, and show curiosity to develop your skills.
• Good relationship skills: able to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues at all levels, taking care to understand instructions and respond appropriately.
• Creative approach: able to follow creative briefs or guidance to produce visually engaging work, using established templates and approved brand elements.
• High attention to detail and diligence in quality-checking your work before submission.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programmes (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Interest or experience in
animation, AI graphic tools, or digital design is advantageous but not essential.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages (such as Polish) not required.
• Familiarity with print production workflows and digital communication channels is helpful, but not required.

Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days per week from the office)
Working hours - 9:00 to 17:15
