Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–12:00 AM | Full-Time

Custom Filters Direct is a growing HVAC air filter manufacturer seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operators to operate and monitor automated production equipment.

Important: 1st Shift Training Required

Candidates hired for 2nd shift must be available to complete approximately 1–2 weeks of training on 1st shift, Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, before moving to their regular 2nd shift schedule.

 *Overtime may be required based on business and production needs.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment.
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers.
• Clear jams and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Keep machines supplied with materials and running efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Complete basic production documentation.
• Report equipment problems and work with Maintenance when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

What We're Looking For

• Machine operating, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability.
• Comfortable working with automated equipment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Attendance Bonus Requirements

To qualify for the $50 weekly attendance bonus, employees must work their entire scheduled work-week with no missed time, including:

• No missed scheduled days
• No arriving late
• No leaving early

Any missed scheduled time during the week will result in the employee not qualifying for the attendance bonus for that week.
