Manufacturing/Production Manager (F&B)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday
Location: Danao, Cebu
Industry: F&B

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations, including planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, and workflow management to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and food safety standards.
• Manage and develop production teams, including staffing, training, performance management, shift scheduling, and employee engagement.
  
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, GMP, food safety, occupational safety, and applicable regulatory requirements across the production floor.
  
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement by identifying production bottlenecks, optimizing processes, controlling costs, and implementing lean manufacturing initiatives.
  
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure production equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibration, while monitoring and reporting key production, quality, and cost performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or other related disciplines; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience in a food production or manufacturing plant, with strong exposure to production operations.
  
• At least 3 years of plant operations management experience, preferably with a multinational company or leading local organization.
  
• Strong knowledge of production management systems, ERP, manufacturing equipment, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and applicable quality and regulatory standards.
  
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage teams and operations in a fast-paced F&B environment.
