The role centers on overseeing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout testing activities. This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing frameworks and to drive improvements in testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of automated testing strategies to enhance product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to build their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with overall project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to ETL testing.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for data validation.
- Familiarity with data quality and integrity verification techniques within data warehousing environments.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and troubleshoot issues in ETL processes.
- Skilled in using testing tools and technologies to automate regression and performance testing.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
