Job Description Summary
Post Sales sAs part of the Health Care Systems International service business, the service HQ Online Center team is providing technical expertise and support to regional services teams.The Online Center Service Process & Project Leader is working at service OLC
headquarter level. He /She reports to the Ultrasound Service Manager.
The principal role of the service process & project leader is to lead technical projects for the service organization in addition to define, maintain & clarify service processes in one or multiple modalities.
He /she is responsible for monitoring business costs and operational metrics and define and deploy action plans to improve quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
To this purpose the SPPL will interact with engineering, marketing, finance, and regional counterparts.

Roles and Responsibilities
The OLC SPPL duties includes (but are not limited to):
- Lead projects for International HQ service organization
- Monitor business costs and quality operational metrics, define, and deploy action plan to improve quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction
- support modalities targets for service productivity, and service labor cost reduction.
- Drive projects with OLEs to prioritize and solve customer issues.
- Be the interface of the OLC team with external partner on new initiatives.
- Be facilitator of the team issues resolution.
- Support OLEs for remote education Initiatives
- Coordinate regional modality leaders’ actions on service processes improvement and proactively communicate and share information with regional and multifunctional teams.
Quality Specific Goals:
- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or similar
- At least 10 years’ experience in service of specific modality.
- Proven leadership skills (experience successfully managing projects/issues)
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in a team organization role in an
international environment. - Fluent English.
