As a Reservoir Navigation Services/Geosteering Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Running complex, high risk well placement jobs and building geosteering models
  • Support regional and Reservoir Navigation Services Global hub activities, ensuring alignment between field operations, Geoscience and technical SMEs.
  • Contribute feedback on technology performance and operational challenges
  • Review pre‑job modelling and post‑job deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with Reservoir Navigation Services guidelines.
  • Execute any other duties as assigned by the line management
  • Provide high‑quality technical presentations, customer meetings, and strategic commercial support as required.
  • Recognizing problems and providing solutions to mitigate or eliminate them
  • Working well with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have bachelor's degree with good industry experience, with preference for an Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience/earth sciences discipline or relevant industry experience within the product line
  • Having experience in Reservoir Navigation Services/geosteering
  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of drilling and LWD tools and measurements.
  • Demonstrate excellent proficiency and knowledge in RT log analysis
  • Have ability to manage multiple project and/or deadlines
  • Have good oral and written communication skills.
