Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads data-driven evaluation and strategic planning to support business growth and operational excellence. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to develop, implement, and refine business strategies based on comprehensive analysis. The position requires overseeing multiple projects, driving process efficiency, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. About the team:

The Spark Driver Earnings team ensures precise calculation, withholding, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings. This team plays a vital role in maintaining regulatory compliance, tax accuracy, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement. By delivering data-driven insights and collaborating with stakeholders, the team supports effective business strategies that enhance driver experience and manage company risk. Their work fosters operational efficiency and accuracy, contributing to the overall success and integrity of the organization’s financial and compliance objectives.

• Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies.

• Recommend and implement initiatives based on analytical findings to drive business growth.

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and execute business plans.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30099: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-11656: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
