🚀 Marketing Manager (German & English) – AutoStore | Lisbon

Are you a performance-driven B2B marketer who combines strategy, creativity, and hands-on execution? Join AutoStore and help drive growth across the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland & Austria).

Based in our new Lisbon office near Parque das Nações / Oriente, you will be part of the growing global Kardex AutoStore Marketing Team. Until the office opens, the role can be performed remotely from home.

As Marketing Manager, you will own regional marketing activities and work closely with Sales, European Marketing, and the global MarCom team to build awareness, generate demand, and drive qualified leads.

Your Responsibilities

Online & Offline Marketing
Plan and execute integrated marketing activities, including digital campaigns, events, exhibitions, customer activities, and sales enablement.

Content & Campaigns
Create and promote engaging B2B content across the buyer journey, including customer stories, videos, thought leadership, and social media content, particularly for LinkedIn and YouTube.

Inbound & Demand Generation
Develop multi-channel inbound campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and demand. Use performance data to continuously optimize results.

Lead Generation
Drive lead generation and nurturing activities in close collaboration with Sales, ensuring effective qualification and handover of opportunities.

Collaboration
Partner with regional and global Marketing and Sales teams to translate global strategies into impactful local campaigns and bring innovative ideas to the DACH market.

Your profile

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, industrial, automation, logistics, or a similar environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong experience in integrated campaigns, inbound marketing, demand generation, and the full marketing funnel.

• Hands-on experience with content creation, digital marketing, social media, video, and Paid Search.

• Experience managing customer events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; HubSpot and Monday.com experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of intralogistics, warehouse automation, or material handling is an advantage.

• Proactive, creative, collaborative, and performance-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and focus on measurable results.
