La ressource sera intégrée dans une équipe de conseil technique opérant dans le secteur bancaire et financier, sur des projets de delivery logiciel orientés vers le calcul distribué de grands volumes de données dans des environnements conteneurisés, aussi bien on-premises que on-cloud.

L'activité se déroule sur des projets de mise en œuvre des solutions logicielles Prometeia auprès d'entreprises de la Financial Industry (banques, assurances, asset managers), en Italie et à l'étranger, et est dédiée au domaine du data management : analyse des sources de données du client, définition et configuration des flux d'acquisition et de transformation des données (ETL), contrôles de qualité et réconciliation, alimentation des bases de données applicatives, gestion et suivi des exécutions récurrentes, analyse et résolution des écarts.

Le profil idéal est celui d'un diplômé dans des disciplines technico-scientifiques (Génie Informatique, Informatique, Génie de Gestion, Mathématiques, Physique) avec une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans le secteur de l'Information Technology.

Compétences requises

Les compétences suivantes sont requises :

• Bonne connaissance du langage SQL : écriture, lecture et modification de requêtes, jointures, agrégations
• Connaissance des principes des bases de données relationnelles et capacité à lire un diagramme ER (Entity Relationship) en en comprenant la sémantique
• Compréhension des logiques de transformation des données (ETL) : correspondances entre source et destination, règles de conversion, gestion des valeurs manquantes et des écarts
• Familiarité avec les principaux formats et mécanismes d'échange de données : fichiers CSV, JSON, transfert de fichiers et notions de base sur les API REST
• Familiarité avec les paradigmes de data lakehouse : architecture en couches (bronze/silver/gold), stockage objet compatible S3, format Parquet et table format comme Apache Iceberg ou Delta Lake
• Expérience de travail sur Databricks (notebooks, jobs, gestion de tables Delta) et connaissance de dbt ou d'outils similaires de transformation déclarative et versionnée des données
• Connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation Linux : utilisation autonome en ligne de commande, orientation dans le système de fichiers, consultation des logs
• Notions de base sur les principes de conteneurisation et sur les orchestrateurs de conteneurs (Kubernetes), suffisantes pour opérer dans un environnement de ce type
• Connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation Microsoft Windows et de la suite Office, avec une bonne maîtrise de MS Excel

Compétences constituant un atout

Constituent un atout une ou plusieurs des compétences suivantes — la maîtrise de toutes n'est pas requise :

• Connaissance de PostgreSQL ou de MS SQL Server
• Expérience avec des outils d'ETL ou d'intégration de données
• Connaissance d'un langage de scripting ou de programmation utilisé pour la manipulation des données (Python, bash, PowerShell)
• Connaissance des scheduler pour l'orchestration de flux batch récurrents
• Utilisation d'un système de gestion de versions du code et de la configuration (Git)
• Expérience sur Red Hat OpenShift ou sur d'autres distributions Kubernetes
• Connaissance d'outils de reporting, en particulier Power BI
• Connaissance de la gestion de systèmes informatiques sur le cloud (de préférence MS Azure)
• Intérêt ou première exposition au domaine des risques financiers et aux données qui l'alimentent (positions, contreparties, référentiels d'instruments, flux contractuels)

Soft Skills

• Aptitude à l'analyse des données et à la réconciliation quantitative : capacité à identifier la cause d'un écart entre source et résultat attendu

• Capacité à travailler en équipe, dans un contexte multi-fournisseur et multilingue
• Aptitude à la résolution de problèmes et au diagnostic structuré des dysfonctionnements
• Capacité à documenter clairement son travail (correspondances, procédures, preuves de tests) en français et en anglais

Langues

• Français: maîtrise courante, condition incontournable — c'est la langue de travail quotidienne avec les clients francophones, à l'oral comme à l'écrit (documentation, comptes rendus, tickets)
• Anglais: niveau professionnel, langue de travail interne et de la documentation produit
