Pay: From $17.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time

We’re hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Collections Associate who can communicate confidently in both English and Spanish, combine empathy with professionalism, and help customers find realistic payment solutions while following all required compliance standards.
What You'll Do
You’ll support consumers with past-due accounts through a solutions-first, respectful approach.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish related to balances, payments, and account questions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers
- Explain account details while following compliance and call quality standards
- Set up and negotiate payment arrangements within approved guidelines
- Accurately document account activity in internal systems
- Respond to questions, disputes, and requests with professionalism and urgency
- Meet expectations for productivity, call quality, and KPIs
- Follow all company policies and applicable regulations, including FDCPA and related requirements
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and account information
What We're Looking For
Required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers in both languages
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to be firm, fair, and respectful
- Comfortable using a computer and switching between multiple screens and systems
- Detail-oriented with accurate documentation habits
- Able to handle sensitive conversations professionally and maintain confidentiality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred, but Not Required
- 6+ months of experience in customer service, call center, collections, accounts receivable, or financial services
Work Environment & Remote Opportunity
This position begins in person in a fast-paced call center environment with hands-on training and coaching.
After completing training and consistently meeting established performance expectations and KPIs, you may be eligible to transition to work from home, typically around 90 days.
Employees who prefer to remain onsite may continue working in the office.
