Members collaborate closely with internal and external partners to uphold company standards and regulatory requirements. They focus on delivering quality results while maintaining a safe and organized worksite. The team values clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement to support operational excellence and a positive experience for all associates and customers.

Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR

You’ll make an impact by...

• Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming merchandise from trailers and delivery carriers.
• Verifying shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving documentation.
• Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely movement of products.
• Maintaining accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records within company systems.
• Loading, unloading, staging, and organizing merchandise within the warehouse environment.
• Performing scheduled deliveries and ensuring merchandise reaches the correct destination safely and on time.
• Supporting daily warehouse operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Assisting with facility-related operational support as needed to maintain business continuity.
• Communicating effectively with team members, vendors, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.

• You have experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or inventory control.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• You possess strong organizational skills and can effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills that support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• You are customer-focused and take pride in ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
