Description
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
Work Location: On-campus
- Manage the daily operations of the Admissions Department to meet or exceed enrollment goals.
- Directly supervise and support Admissions Representatives.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Ensure admissions policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Ensure the Admissions team follows applicable accrediting agency and U.S. Department of Education requirements.
- Ensure all Admissions staff are properly trained and provide additional training or coaching as needed.
- Conduct weekly individual and team training and coaching sessions.
- Lead weekly Admissions meetings, daily team briefs, and staff evaluations.
- Analyze weekly and monthly admissions reports and develop strategic plans based on department performance.
- Conduct weekly lock-in meetings with the Admissions team.
- Monitor individual and team performance against established goals and expectations.
- Promote a positive, motivated, and professional department culture.
- Communicate department goals, challenges, and staffing needs to the Vice President of Admissions.
- Develop and execute campus-generated lead and recruitment campaigns.
- Monitor the local market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for enrollment growth.
- Participate in college meetings and committees as directed by the Vice President of Admissions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of Admissions sales experience within the education industry required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in business, customer service, education, sales, or related fields, including at least 5 years in a management role.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience.
- Experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Experience managing remote employees preferred.
- Experience working with teams with varied responsibilities preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and enrollment goals.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and goal-setting skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively leading a team.
