- Edit and produce short- and long-form video content with a strong narrative focus, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and visual consistency.
- Create branded motion graphics, lower thirds, intro/outro packages, and on-screen text overlays aligned with visual identities.
- Capture, edit, and organize photography and videography for digital and print use, including events, programs, and brochures.
- Design and prepare creative assets for marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Create visually engaging content optimized for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Provide creative recommendations and contribute ideas based on current trends and best practices related to social video, campaign storytelling, and visual tone.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with organizational brand style guides, visual standards, and quality expectations.
- Apply performance analytics and engagement data to inform content refinements and creative improvements.
- Organize, archive, and maintain creative files and source assets using Orange Logic, the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Support and guide consistent, clear workflows for the DAM across supported organizations, focused on long-term best practices.
- Develop and maintain production schedules and coordinate multimedia priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Serve as a multimedia subject matter expert and advise partners on multimedia production approaches, technical requirements, and creative solutions.
- Coordinate external multimedia vendors and production resources, as needed, to support project requirements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested to meet departmental and organizational needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Photography, Filmmaking, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
