Essential Functions:
- Provides administrative and operational support for employee recognition programs, events, and department activities.
- Coordinates routine program logistics, including materials, supplies, attendance information, vendor communication, and on-site event support.
- Maintains recognition program records, databases, inventories, mailing lists, and other information needed to support accurate and timely program delivery.
- Supports employee recognition platforms, communication tools, and related resources by maintaining content, processing updates, and coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Administers routine recognition services and employee-facing resources in accordance with established guidelines and organizational procedures.
- Assists with recognition activities at main, off-site, and regional locations to support a consistent employee experience.
- Provides support for special projects, department priorities, and recurring recognition activities as needed.
Education Requirement:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Associate's Degree, preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn recognition and event management software.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience:
Two years of administrative, customer service, event coordination, or office support experience, preferred.
