Job Summary
This position is responsible for collecting timekeeping information and processing weekly payroll for all departments.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data
- Maintains sick pay schedules
- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests
- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage and department/division transfers
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Process new employees for field, packing and cold storage departments
- Complete requests for pay-related documents including statements and verifications
- Other duties, will be assigned
