Job Title

Director, Product Management

About your role:

You will drive market requirements and product direction for Wells Fargo with a primary focus on the Clover platform and ecosystem. You will work across Wells Fargo strategy, operations, sales, and account management teams, as well as internal Fiserv operations, commercialization, and technical teams, to define priorities and deliver product capabilities. Your work will help align product strategy to merchant needs, support revenue growth, and improve client satisfaction.

What you'll do:

  • Define product strategy, market requirements, and roadmap priorities for Clover products and related ecosystem capabilities supporting Wells Fargo.

  • Lead products through the full lifecycle from concept, business case development, and prioritization through launch, optimization, and end-of-life planning.

  • Partner with engineering, operations, commercialization, sales, and account management teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements, feature definitions, and development priorities.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Clover software, hardware, and value-added services when consulting with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

  • Analyze product performance, client feedback, merchant needs, and market trends to identify enhancements, resolve issues, and support revenue and adoption goals.

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, Wells Fargo stakeholders, and technical resources to drive product enhancements, feature delivery, and issue resolution.

  • Lead and develop team members, provide direction across dotted-line contributors, and support execution through coaching, prioritization, and performance management.

  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management across product strategy, roadmap development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.

  • 5+ years of experience working with merchant payments, point-of-sale solutions, or financial technology products in a client-facing or partner-facing environment.

  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and client relationship teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.

  • Experience presenting product strategy, requirements, and performance insights to clients, cross-functional stakeholders, and executive leadership.

  • Extensive knowledge of the Clover platform, including software, hardware, and value-added services.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting large financial institution partners or strategic enterprise clients.

  • Experience with third-party integrators and partner ecosystem management.

  • Experience developing business cases tied to revenue growth, market adoption, and customer value.

  • Experience in merchant acquiring, commerce enablement, or small business solutions.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Sponsorship:

Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Benefits at Fiserv:

  • Retirement planning and discounted shares with the Employee Stock Purchase Plan

  • Tuition assistance and reimbursement program

  • Paid parental, caregiver, and military leave
