Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Document application designs and configurations to maintain clear and accessible project records.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Governance.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
- Experience with data quality frameworks and compliance standards.
- Ability to implement policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies used for data cataloging and metadata management.
- Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders to align data governance strategies with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Governance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
