Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is actively seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our fast-paced and growing service department. What You’ll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair orders
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding vehicle status
• Provide estimates, timelines, and recommendations for repairs and maintenance
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience from write-up to vehicle delivery
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Basic computer skills (Dealertrack/CDK experience is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time position
• Pay range: $50,000 – $110,000 per year (based on performance)
• Performance bonuses and growth incentives
