The Role
Wpromote's B2B Paid Search team is growing, and we're hiring an Associate Director to own paid search strategy and execution for a portfolio of B2B clients across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll carry a book of 3-5 accounts, be the person clients call when something matters, and be hands-on in the platforms. You'll also mentor the analysts and managers who support your accounts, but you won't have direct reports. If you want a role where you stop touching campaigns, this isn't it.
Our clients are growth-stage and enterprise B2B companies with real complexity: long sales cycles, multiple buying committees, and revenue that shows up in a CRM weeks or months after the click. The people who do this well think in pipeline, not conversions.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $100,000 - $115,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
