Join PepsiCo's Sales team and contribute to enhancing the digital experience of our B2B customers. In this role, you will support the execution of customer engagement and rewards programs through PepsiConnect, helping ensure effective communication, program visibility, and timely resolution of customer needs.

Your Impact
As a Sales Support Associate Analyst, you will:
- Support the end-to-end execution of customer rewards programs, ensuring timely coordination of activities, promotional materials, and customer rewards.
- Monitor customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating follow-ups to ensure timely responses and a positive customer experience.
- Track promotional materials and rewards throughout the process, from purchase orders to delivery and supplier payments.
- Support PepsiConnect platform updates, ensuring information is aligned with current commercial and rewards programs.
- Monitor program KPIs, track customer participation and reward redemption, and prepare relevant performance insights.
- Coordinate the communication of program updates, guidelines, and changes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support program execution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Experience, eCommerce, Trade Marketing, or Sales Operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
