As a driving Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. You will represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and innovative approach while working with integrity and teamwork to support a welcoming, well-managed environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and delivery activity; verify authorized access in accordance with site policies; and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle information as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate observed hazards, policy violations, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
