Customer Service Representative – Conroe, TX

When a pipe bursts or the AC quits in a Texas summer, you're the calm, friendly voice customers hear first. At JD Precision, our CSRs keep the phones friendly, the schedule full, and our plumbing and HVAC techs rolling. While other shops slow down this fall, we're growing, and we want someone sharp, upbeat, and organized to grow with us.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and book plumbing and HVAC service appointments
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on estimates, and schedule maintenance plan visits
• Follow up with customers to make sure they're happy, and present service opportunities
• Keep customer records complete and accurate in our scheduling software
• Work with dispatch and technicians to keep the day running smoothly
• Resolve customer issues quickly with patience and a positive attitude
• Monitor email, voicemail, and messages so every customer gets a timely response
• Support the office team with billing questions, payments, and admin tasks

Requirements

What You Bring

• Customer service, call center, or front-office experience (home services is a plus)
• A friendly, confident phone voice
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software
• Reliability and a team-first attitude
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
