Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The individual supports transformational efforts by crafting detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring that strategic objectives are met through effective collaboration and thoughtful planning.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing data integration and transformation workflows.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of business solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable outcomes.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
