documentation for complex products, ensuring partial data is securely stored
and updated until the product cycle is complete.
o Documentation
& Standardization: Consolidate collected field notes into a standardized
product specification format. Organize and maintain an accessible digital
filing system on the company server, ensuring all departments can easily
retrieve current specifications.
o Continuous
Auditing: Update specification sheets for existing products to reflect process
improvements or changes, alongside creating documentation for new product
launches.
o Assist
with the creation, auditing, and maintenance of item numbers, Bills of
Materials (BOMs), and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
·
Manufacturing Project Support (Secondary Focus):
o Assist
engineering and production teams with small manufacturing improvement projects,
prototype builds, or fixture setups.
