The team

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Marketing & Sales team of Robeco Italy. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the asset management industry, supporting both commercial and marketing activities in a dynamic and international environment.

What you'll do

• Sales support & client servicing:

  • Assist the Sales team in the client management and acquisition process.

  • Help prepare client materials such as presentations, tailored documents, and information packages.

  • Support the review and adaptation of documents from English to Italian.

• Marketing & communication activities:

  • Support the creation and localisation of marketing content.

  • Collaborate with the team on communication initiatives and event-related activities.

Position & Requirements

• Enrolled at University for the full duration of the 6-months intership

• Strong interest in asset management and finance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.

• Proactive attitude and strong organisational skills.
