La Section de common law veut recruter des professeur(e)s à temps partiel qui sont des leaders dans la profession juridique. Pour ce cours, un LL.B. ou un J.D. (ou son equivalent) est nécessaire. Le candidat ou la candidate doit aussi être membre en bonne et due forme du Barreau de l’Ontario (ou son équivalent). Il ou elle doit aussi avoir une expérience significative dans la pratique du droit corporatif. Une expérience antérieure en enseignement au niveau universitaire est un atout.
