We are currently seeking a “Sales Representative” responsible for driving profitable growth through new business acquisition, customer development, and cross-selling of Air Freight and LCL solutions. This role focuses on identifying customer supply chain needs, developing tailored logistics solutions, and building strong relationships with customers across freight forwarding, trading, manufacturing, retail, and SME sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and win new Air Freight and LCL business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend fit-for-purpose logistics solutions.
• Manage customer relationships to drive retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements within approved guidelines.
• Deliver agreed volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Promote Air Freight and LCL products, including door-to-door, consolidation, express, and import/export solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional logistics services.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, forecasts, and customer information in Salesforce or the relevant CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Pricing, Customer Experience, and Sales teams to ensure successful implementation and service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or transportation sales.
• A commercially driven logistics sales professional with Air Freight and/or freight; good understanding of Air Freight, LCL, international transportation, and trade practices.
• Existing customer network within freight forwarding, manufacturing, retail, trading, or SME segments is an advantage.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and solution-selling capabilities.
• Ability to understand customer challenges and convert opportunities into profitable business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• CRM proficiency; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment.
