Scale Clerk Core Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling phone inquiries, processing orders, and supporting field sales representatives with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members using verbal and written skills
- Operate office equipment and accurately perform scale duties, ensuring precise measurements and data recording
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Read and understand various documents including instruction manuals, safety information, and hazard labels to ensure compliance and safety
- Perform general office administration tasks such as data entry, filing, and supporting other administrative functions as needed
- Make informed decisions independently, handling administrative responsibilities with sound judgment
- Adapt to changing priorities and diverse tasks to support the dynamic needs of the operation

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
