Job Description

As a Security Officer Global Security Operations Center in LONE TREE, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and provide professional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, access points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a professional, welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
