Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Painters for projects located in or around Stoughton, WI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Work alongside the facilities team to complete painting projects throughout five Wisconsin facilities
- Use an airless sprayer to paint interior walls
- Apply acrylic paint and dryfall paint as required
- Paint safety and forklift lines on floors
- Paint parking lot lines outdoors
- Paint manufacturing equipment, offices, dumpsters, and other facility assets
- Travel between facilities based on production schedules
- Work independently or as part of a small crew
Requirements:
- Must have experience using airless sprayers
- Must be comfortable traveling between multiple facilities
- Must be comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
- Must be able to work from scissor lifts and ladders as required
- Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and spirometry test prior to performing spray painting
- Must be flexible and able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
