About This Job

We are looking for an Intermediate Application Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise applications in a production environment. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in .NET application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and SQL databases who are looking to grow their expertise in application operations and production support.

The successful candidate will work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure application stability, resolve production issues, and support release activities.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 application support for business-critical applications.
  • Monitor application performance and respond to production issues.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot incidents and service requests.
  • Perform root cause analysis and support issue resolution.
  • Support release deployments, fixes, and production implementations.
  • Work with developers and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Analyze logs, application errors, and database issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Support testing, post-release validation, and production monitoring activities.

  Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Software Support, or .NET Development.
  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, or REST APIs.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server and SQL troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting applications in a production environment.
  • Exposure to incident management and problem resolution.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with:

    • Azure DevOps
    • GitHub
    • Jira
    • ServiceNow
    • Oracle Database
    • Windows Server
    • IIS Administration
    • Linux/Unix environments
    • Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog, Grafana)

  • Experience supporting production deployments and release activities.
