Job Description:
About the Role:
We are on the lookout for our next Team Manager, for Operations to lead a high performing team supporting a U.S.-based Healthcare client. This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational excellence, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing employees in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 15+ FTEs, driving performance, engagement, and accountability.
Monitor team KPIs and operational metrics, identifying trends and implementing action plans.
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to support employee growth and success.
Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery of services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing updates and escalations effectively.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and team performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support U.S.-based clients and business objectives.
Profile Requirements:
3-5 years of people leadership experience in fast-paced BPO environment.
Proven experience managing teams of 15+ employees.
BPO experience preferred.
Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or global operations is a strong advantage.
Healthcare staffing, recruitment operations, or EOR industry experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to coach, develop, and improve team performance.
Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder management skills.
Amenable to Hybrid work-setup (3 days onsite/week) - MAKATI
Amenable to work on a shifting night shift schedule (start as early as 7:00 PM, latest 12:00 AM)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in workforce solutions, recruitment, staffing, or healthcare support industries.
Previous exposure to healthcare staffing, contingent workforce management, recruitment operations, or Employer of Record (EOR) environments is highly advantageous.
Experience managing client-facing operational teams with a focus on service delivery and performance management.
