Operator

 

 

Major Accountabilities

 

Operator 1, 2:

• Carry out activities (e.g: operating machine, soldering, testing, packing, gluing, etc) based on a daily production schedule as assigned by the Superior.
• Follow and adherence to production document and process/work instruction during operation and stop and escalate if any non conformance/issue (e.g: on product/raw material quality issues, fixture problem, and test rejects encountered.)
• Record of the production data (clocking time, defects/rejects, etc).
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment/process operation.
• Identify and promptly report hazards to Supervisor immediately.
• Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized by 5S house-keeping.
• Offer suggestions towards improvements when appropriate eg. LOOP activities.
• Support other department’s operations as and when needed.
• MO kitting when required by Superior.
• Any other related or ad hoc duties when required by Superior.

Key Performance Indicators

 

• 5S and EHS
• Product/Process compliance/Quality (e.g: Scrap rate, Adherence to document)
• Production ability (e.g: Productivity, MO reliability/Production time)
• Teamwork (e.g: Acceptance of responsibility)
• Discipline ( e.g: Attendance ,warning record, Scan ESD, Clocking DAS)

Requirements:

1. Female

2. High School (SMA/MA) or Vocational High School (SMK) graduate (Jurusan Teknik Elektronika Industri/Teknik Komputer Jaringan lebih diminati)

3. Minimum age of 18 years

4. Preference given to holders of a Bintan ID card (KTP)

5. Must possess a Tax ID number (NPWP)
