About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, organized Remote Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly. You'll handle administrative tasks, manage schedules and inboxes, and take ownership of routine work so the team can focus on bigger priorities. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle email correspondence and organize inboxes
- Perform data entry and keep records accurate and up to date
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and simple reports
- Conduct online research and compile findings
- Handle travel arrangements and booking when needed
- Respond to routine queries and follow up on pending items
- Support general administrative tasks as they come up
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with tools like Slack, Zoom, and basic project management apps
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience with scheduling or CRM tools
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or invoicing
- Prior remote work experience
