Key Deliverables
Analyze reconciliation activities for assigned complex accounts, identifying and investigating exceptions and variances across systems.
Execute day-to-day operational responsibilities while supporting overall team objectives, priorities, and deliverables.
Monitor operational queues and assist in the timely resolution of routine exceptions, inquiries, and processing issues.
Utilize analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and support process improvements.
Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with established procedures, operational controls, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of operational tasks.
Escalate issues, discrepancies, control gaps, or potential risks to management in a timely and appropriate manner.
Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and security of customer, employee, and business information in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong understanding of financial services and operational processes, with the ability to apply knowledge in a business environment.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate, and error-free work.
Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
