Within the risk & Compliance team our vision is “Deliver intuitive risk, compliance, and regulatory experiences & capabilities in a scalable manner to enable a trusted marketplace & drive profitable growth”. You would be part of a world class product organization where we have developed a strong product management culture over the years. You would be the leader of the product that you own to shape the strategy going forward.
We are seeking an exceptionally driven and seasoned Senior Product Manager to become a key member of our Risk Platform team. This role will be instrumental in building our scalable, AI-powered, and intelligent Risk Decision and Insights platform and will be responsible for crafting the product's strategy and coordinating its execution. We're looking for someone who possesses hands-on experience in platform development, a deep understanding of marketplace risk dynamics, and insight into how fraudsters may exploit Gen AI and build solutions using Gen AI technologies to deliver solutions that effectively addresses the ever-evolving landscape of risk trends.
Responsibilities
Create Product Vision & Strategy. Lead the comprehensive vision and end-to-end execution of Risk Platform
Develop a compelling and iterative roadmap and launch plan that supports Risk business needs
Obsess the Customer & Overall Quality of Experiences. Demonstrate a relentless focus to listen to our users and feed their voice into our product development process
Communicate effectively with platform users to collect requirements and drive adoption of new capabilities. Be the voice of and evangelize the Risk Platform capabilities across the company
Collaborate with senior leaders across Risk management team to align platform visions and goals with other functions
Requirements
Minimum of 7+ years of Product Management experience with expertise in one or more of following areas - Risk, Payments or e-Commerce
2+ years experience in core platform product management. Knowledge of Decision Platforms for Fraud Detection/Risk Management and/or Building Machine Learning Infrastructure is a huge plus.
Experience managing multiple complex, multi-phase strategic products in parallel with the ability to manage matrixed teams in a global context to successful delivery and excellence. Proven ability and in-market examples of defining a strategic vision for a new and innovative portfolio of products that drove significant impact for millions of end users at a global scale
Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle from planning through deployment; experience leveraging test and validation frameworks throughout the product lifecycle. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile teams is desirable
Strong, concise communicator and effective story-teller; experience using both analytics and qualitative research to express the vision and strategy of the product
