Prossimo Ristorante is seeking a skilled and experienced Line/Prep Cook to join our team.
Located on Cherry Street, Prossimo is a small, family owned business that takes great care and pride in our reputation of incredible food and service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of dishes
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Comply with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
