Structural Steel Plant Manager
Location: Gallaway, TN
Job Type: Direct Hire
Starting Salary: $80,000/year, with higher compensation available based on experience
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced structural steel fabrication leader to oversee production across two nearby facilities and two shifts. This role provides hands-on leadership to production supervisors while maintaining accountability for safety, equipment and facility maintenance, productivity, quality, scheduling, and on-time shipments.
The position oversees approximately 65 employees, with planned growth toward 90, and approximately 5–6 direct reports consisting of department and shop supervisors.
