About the role
Are you passionate about partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams and drive business success?
As HR Business Partner, you will support one of Nexperia's strategic Back-End Manufacturing sites, partnering closely with site leadership to deliver people strategies that enable operational excellence, workforce capability, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping shape a positive, high-performing culture while ensuring alignment with Nexperia's global people strategy.
What you will do
- Partner with manufacturing leaders on all people-related matters, including organization design, workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management and employee development
- Drive succession planning and talent review processes to ensure a strong pipeline of future talent
- Support the attraction, development and retention of key manufacturing and engineering talent
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives and transformation programs
- Partner with managers to address employee relations matters and foster a positive employee experience
- Utilize HR insights and workforce analytics to support data-driven decision making
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support action planning based on engagement survey results
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, company policies and ethical standards
- Collaborate with Global HR Centers of Excellence and shared services teams to deliver people programs effectively
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering or industrial organizations
- Strong knowledge of talent management, workforce planning and organizational development
- Experience managing employee relations matters and coaching leaders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively within a global matrix environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Semiconductor, electronics or high-tech manufacturing experience
- Experience supporting large manufacturing workforces
- Master's degree or relevant HR certification
- Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives
