Responsibilities
- Analyze KYC, AML and CDD requirements.
- Review client ownership structures and UBOs.
- Perform KYC documentation and gap analysis.
- Support client onboarding and recertification processes.
- Gather and document business and regulatory requirements.
- Work with Compliance, Operations, Relationship Managers and other stakeholders.
- Validate the quality, completeness and consistency of KYC information.
- Support sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening.
- Contribute to risk assessments and KYC decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and regulatory changes.
- Prepare business requirements, process flows and user stories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in KYC, AML, Compliance, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Good knowledge of KYC / AML / CDD and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with risk assessment, data validation and process analysis.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
- Fluency in Dutch or French is mandatory.
- Good command of English.

- Experience in Agile environments and working with delivery teams is a plus.
