Proven experience in sales team leadership within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
Strong track record in leading teams, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and executing commercial and brand strategies.
Experience in coaching, developing and motivating high-performing teams.
Strong business acumen, with experience in setting KPIs, budgeting, financial management and sales performance analysis.
Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, KOLs and internal/external stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into business actions.
Experience contributing to brand plans and marketing strategies.
Commitment to compliance, integrity and ethical business practices.
Proficiency in sales force automation/CRM tools and data-driven decision making.
Behind our innovation…There’s you
University degree in Science, Marketing, Pharmacy or a related field; post-secondary education (MSc, MBA) is also an asset. CCPE accreditation is preferred.
5+ years of sales management experience leading pharmaceutical sales teams. Previous Key Account Management experience is required.
Experience in cross-functional roles (e.g., Marketing, Training, Market Access, L&D) is preferred.
Previous experience in people/team leadership a must, preferably in an agile environment.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
French language skills are considered an asset.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
Strong collaboration, networking and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented, with strong organization, prioritization and execution skills.
Adaptable and self-driven, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and embrace coaching and feedback.
