As a technical leader within our technology organization, you will drive the evolution of AI-enabled software engineering practices that improve application quality, resiliency, performance, and long-term maintainability across a complex enterprise environment. Partnering closely with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders, you will lead initiatives that identify and remediate software defects, technical debt, and reliability risks while accelerating modernization and delivery outcomes. This individual contributor role combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on engineering expertise, requiring strong problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, and adaptability to translate software analysis into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value. What you have
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership of enterprise applications and development teams
- Strong hands-on software development experience using C#/.NET
- Experience applying AI-assisted development tools, automated code analysis, and agent-driven workflows within software engineering environments
- Knowledge of AI engineering frameworks and large language model technologies
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions
- Experience improving software quality, resiliency, performance, and operational excellence across complex application environments
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled development tools and automated code analysis to identify and remediate software defects, technical debt, and reliability risks
- Strong knowledge of application architecture, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and software modernization practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives from problem identification through solution design, implementation, and production deployment
- Strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence engineering outcomes across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading application modernization, software quality, resiliency, or technical debt reduction initiatives in large enterprise organizations
- Experience establishing engineering standards, reusable development patterns, and automation frameworks that improve software delivery outcomes and developer productivity
- Passion for advancing AI-enabled engineering capabilities and modern software delivery practices
