Salary: $19.10 - $20.91+/hour BOE

 

Kirkland Crossings is seeking Caregivers (Resident Assistant/CNA/HHA) to join our team!

 

 

CURRENT opportunities include:

 

Full-Time AM Shift (.8):        6:00am - 2:00pm 

Full-Time PM Shift (.8):        2:00pm - 10:00pm (with an additional $1.00 pr/hr. differential)

Part Time AM Shift (.3):       6:00am - 2:00pm ( every other Friday, Saturday/Sunday)

Part Time PM Shift (.3):       2:00pm - 10:00pm (with an additional $1.00 pr/hr. differential)

Kirkland Crossings is a dynamic Christian, senior living community, located at 700 Quinlan Dr. in Pewaukee, just north of Pewaukee Lake, off of the Hwy 16 and Ryan Rd. exit. In addition to our sprawling 12-acre campus, our new, 76-unit independent living apartment building will be a wonderful addition to the current community which includes senior apartments, assisted living, and memory care, along with a town center featuring a bistro, library, club room, salon, wellness center, and more.

Responsibilities

The Resident Assistant (Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide),  is responsible for the provision of high-quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.

Qualifications

• To be considered for Assisted Living: caregiving experience helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self-leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with          all customers.
