Summer 2027 Human Resources Internship

Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic, detail oriented and self motivated HR Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027! This position will provide hands-on experience working on human resources projects that impact the business. They will develop HR and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership. Partner with the HR team on activities of the full employee life cycle.

Our MTS Systems Internship program provides its interns with meaningful projects, networking events and development opportunities. In addition to real-world experiences, interns can build their professional network with enterprise leaders and fellow interns from across the country.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, economics, or related field.
• 3.0 GPA or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Leadership and teamwork capabilities required (extracurricular, academic, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Must be able to work onsite at our Eden Prairie, MN location. 
• Previous relevant internship experience preferred.

Compensation Information:

$20 - $28 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
